As a former college athlete (soccer player obviously!) I’m very passionate about staying active. I like to mix things up and I’m always up for trying something new! Activity keeps my mind, body, and soul happy and it is something I truly love and enjoy doing. A few of my favorite ways to move my body are yoga, indoor cycling, barre, and walks with my pup!
